Colombia Natural El Indio Filter Roast
Our featured filter coffees are roasted specifically for soft brewing methods: filters, pour-overs, and infusions. This will typically mean a lighter roast, and while it can be brewed through pressurized methods like espresso, we haven't roasted it with this in mind.
This is an outstanding Colombian microlot, easily scoring in the high 80s. It's 100% Caturra (derived from the Red Bourbon varietal) and is in very limited supply. All coffee is expensive now so our view is it might as well be the best tasting.
