Our featured filter coffee is roasted specifically for soft brewing methods: filters, pour-overs, and infusions. This will typically mean a lighter roast, and while it can be brewed through pressurized methods like espresso, we haven't roasted it with this in mind.

This microlot coffee is from Finca El Mirador in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia. It is an incredible coffee, and one of the most notable features is the preparation method: an anaerobic natural. The Pink Bourbon has more glucose (sweeter) and a smoother mouthfeel than many coffees, while the preparation method gives it plenty of fruitiness.
