Colombia Natural Tabi Microlot - Filter Roast
This featured filter coffee is from Finca Santa Monica in Quindio, Colombia. The coffee is produced by Jairo Arcila. It's got loads of body and a boozy mouthfeel (without the alcohol of course). It is the perfect coffee for the Festive Season!
The Tabi varietal is unique to Colombia, and prized for its tasting profile. It's a natural processed coffee, which accentuates sweeter notes and body, while reducing acidity, and this coffee has 45 hours of aerobic fermentation after harvesting.
This coffee is beautiful, and we have sourced it for you to enjoy something special as we all end one year and start a new one.
We have very limited supply! Our featured filter coffees are here for a good time, not a long time - expect it to change every few weeks once it runs out!

Our filter coffees are roasted specifically for soft brewing methods: filters, pour-overs, and infusions. This will typically mean a lighter roast, and while it can be brewed through pressurized methods like espresso, we haven't roasted it with this in mind.
