Ethiopia Natural Chelbesa Filter Roast

Our featured filter coffees are roasted specifically for soft brewing methods: filters, pour-overs, and infusions.  This will typically mean a lighter roast, and while it can be brewed through pressurized methods like espresso, we haven't roasted it with this in mind. 

This is an outstanding Ethiopian, easily scoring in the mid 80s.  All coffee is expensive now so our view is it might as well be the best tasting.  We think this is a superb example of a clean, 'session' coffee that we hope you will enjoy!
